Midwest Maintenance & Industrial, Inc. is a full-service open shop contracting firm with headquarters in the Elk Grove Village, Illinois. We are equipped and experienced to handle subcontracting, lead contracting, or turnkey contracting.

All projects are managed by experienced project managers, supported by regularly scheduled consultation with senior Midwest management and by regular project status and budget reports.

Midwest is experienced in, Process piping, Maintenance and Installation of Locomotive Service Facilities including Fuel Distribution, Lube Oil Distribution, and Sand Handling Systems, Belt, Pneumatic and Vacuum conveyors, Pollution Control Equipment, Food preparation equipment, Material Handling Systems, Automated Assembly Machines and Systems, Dust Collection Systems, Ovens, Bag Houses, Heat Exchangers, and Chemical Process Equipment.

We also are experienced contractors for equipment installation rebuilding-rigging -maintenance -project management – full turnkey projects. Our crew capabilities include– AWS D1.1, ASME 6-G certified welders, journeyman millwrights, journeyman pipe fitters
