Midwest has a written Safety Program and continually educates and trains its employees in all aspects of safe construction methods.

MSHA requirements are met with our written Part 46 Safety and Training plan. Site specific training is attended by all employees starting a new job assignment.

All employees comply with current OSHA training, Railroad Worker Certification, along with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry.

Plan of the day and Safety Tool Box meetings are held daily, on all jobs, to insure all employess are aware of the days Safety issues.

All Safety meetings are documented and reviewed by Midwest Management.

All projects are evaluated with Safety Audits on a continuing basis.

Safety briefings are included in all Pre-Construction Meetings.
